How employers verify an AI certification
Every certificate has a public verification page at a unique URL, so anyone holding the link can confirm it in seconds without an account. That page shows the credential ID, the score, the tier, the persona, the dimension breakdown, and the date it was issued.
A unique credential ID
Every certificate carries an ID in the form AISA-xxxxxxxx-XXXX, printed on the certificate and resolvable at aisa.to/certificate/{id}.
A QR code for in-person checks
Printed on the certificate itself, so an interviewer holding a paper copy can reach the live verification page.
An Open Badges 2.0 assertion
A machine-readable assertion at a public endpoint, so credential wallets and HR systems can verify it programmatically rather than by eye.
A 12-month validity window
The certificate states its issue and expiry dates. AI capability moves quickly, so an expired certificate signals a stale measurement rather than a permanent claim.
One case produces no certificate at all: when the assessment's anti-gaming checks indicate the answers were not the candidate's own work. Not a replacement for a technical interview
It measures how you work with AI, not whether you can build a model, write production code or design a system. Use it alongside a role-specific evaluation, not instead of one.
Not a vendor or platform credential
It is model-agnostic. If a role requires proof of a specific stack, an AWS, Azure or Google Cloud certification answers a different question and both can be worth holding.
Not proctored
There is no invigilator. Anti-gaming checks run on every session and withhold the certificate where answers appear not to be the candidate's own, but this is a conversation, not an exam hall.
Not permanent
