Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

AISA (aisa.to) is operated by Common Wisdom Consultancy Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 28 Wilton Road, Bexhill On Sea, East Sussex, TN40 1EZ, United Kingdom ("AISA", "we", "us"). By using AISA, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What AISA Is

AISA is a conversational AI fluency assessment. You chat with Aisa, our AI interviewer, and receive an assessment of your practical AI skills — including scores, a written report, and a shareable certificate. We also offer optional paid products: a full assessment report, an AI coaching subscription, and an employer dashboard for teams and hiring.

4. Your Account

You need an account for most features. Keep your credentials secure — you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. One person, one account: assessments measure your skills, so accounts aren't transferable.

5. Assessments, Scores & Reports

Assessments are conducted and scored by AI. We've invested heavily in making them accurate, consistent, and fair — but like any assessment, they are a professional opinion, not an objective fact. Scores and reports are informational: they are not professional advice, and they are not a guarantee of employment, promotion, or any other outcome.

Employers using AISA agree that assessment results are one input among several for any hiring or personnel decision, and that they remain responsible for their own decisions and for complying with employment law in their jurisdiction.

6. Fair Use & Assessment Integrity

The assessment only works if it measures the real you. You agree not to:

• Have someone else (or another AI) take the assessment for you
• Copy-paste AI-generated answers into the assessment
• Attempt to game, manipulate, or reverse-engineer the scoring
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract content from the platform
• Use the service to build a competing assessment product

We use integrity detection during assessments. Sessions flagged for external help may be marked on the resulting report. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

8. Assessment Content & Our Platform

The assessment record belongs to us. The conversation transcript, evidence, scores, analysis, reports, and everything derived from an assessment are owned by AISA. To the extent you hold any rights in text you submit during an assessment, you assign them to us on submission — and where an assignment isn't legally possible, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence instead. This is what allows us to score consistently, benchmark fairly across everyone who has ever taken the assessment, and keep making it better.

What stays yours: your knowledge and expertise (an assessment doesn't transfer your ideas), your rights over your personal data under our Privacy & Data Policy, and your report and certificate — which are yours to share; that's what they're for. They may not be altered, and certificates may not be misrepresented as covering skills or levels they don't.

You're responsible for what you share. Only share what you're entitled to share. Don't submit other people's confidential information, material that infringes someone else's rights, or anything unlawful. If a claim arises because you shared something you weren't entitled to share, responsibility for that sits with you, not with us.

We own the platform: the assessment methodology, rubric, software, design, reports format, and all AISA branding.

Aggregated, anonymised insights derived from assessments (for example, published research on global AI fluency) are ours.

9. Data & Privacy

How we collect, retain, and use data — including assessment transcripts, scores, and what happens to company-specific information mentioned during assessments — is set out in our Privacy & Data Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Availability & Changes to the Service

We work hard to keep AISA available and improving, but we provide the service "as is" and don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, or retire features. If we make a change that materially reduces something you've paid for, we'll tell you and make it right.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't be excluded under law (such as for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or £100 if you've paid nothing). We're not liable for indirect losses — including decisions made by you or by third parties (such as employers) based on assessment results.

12. Ending Things

You can close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms — particularly the integrity rules in section 6. On termination, sections that by their nature survive (IP, liability, data) continue to apply.

13. Changes to These Terms & Governing Law

We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes we'll notify you (by email or in-product) before they take effect. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes belong to the courts of England and Wales — though if you're a consumer elsewhere, you keep any mandatory protections of your home country.
